Probation Violation

Arizona probation sentence A.R.S. §13-901 can be given instead of jail time to usually first time offenders. Terms set by the court can result in curfews, staying within a geographical radius of home or work, and reporting to a probation officer. When an individual is sentenced probation by the court they must comply with the terms set. Neglecting to do so can create an even more serious consequence where they can be charged with jail or prison time. Contact Armour legal to have an experienced attorney review your probation violation.

Violating probation consequences may be:

  • Warrant issued by the probation officer
  • Annulled probation and possibly imprisonment
  • Length of imprisonment sentence
  • Adjust probation terms for more severe terms
